Loaded Bacon and Cheeseburger Slider

A popular choice on lunch menus across the country, these delicious sliders bring all the goodness of a fully loaded bacon cheeseburger in a more bite-size form. Our recipe includes our special flourishes to help you stand out from the pack and win your customers’ esteem.

Ingredients:

  • Sauce Craft® Ketchup - 30 ml
  • Bacon slices - 2 each
  • Ranch dressing - 120 ml
  • Salt and pepper mix - As needed
  • Roma tomato, sliced - 4 each
  • Ground beef patty, 60 g - 4 each
  • Sliced cheddar cheese - 4 each
  • Pickle planks - 4 each
  • Slider buns - 4 each
  • Red onion, sliced - 4 ring
  • Baby arugula - 4 tbs.

Preparation:

  1. Toast the slider bun on the grill. Place the burgers on the grill and cook both sides until the meat has reached 60°C and place the cheese on the meat. Allow the cheese to melt.

  2. On the bottom bun place the burger, proceed with the sliced bacon in halves, red onion, then arugula and finally a drizzle of the ranch and ketchup over the arugula. Close the burger with the top. When plating place the 3 of the slider burgers close together and the 4th one stacked on top.

Serving Suggestions: This can be used as an appetizer for one person or as a sharing-type item for a large party that wants to try other items as well. Great for upselling!
